Refund Policy

Home Fit Appraisal aims to provide accurate appraisal reports and a high-quality service experience. Please read our standard refund policy below:

• Deposits and Scheduling: Any deposit or prepayment required to schedule an inspection is refundable if the inspection is canceled by the client at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• On-site Inspections: Once an on-site inspection has been completed, the appraisal fee is non-refundable. The appraisal report reflects work already performed.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: If the client cancels within 48 hours of the appointment, a partial fee or retention of the deposit may apply to cover preparatory costs and lost scheduling opportunities.
• Errors or Omissions: If you believe there is a material error in the report, please contact us at info@homefitappraisal.com. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, issue a corrected report or a partial refund at our discretion.
• Refund Requests: To request a refund, email info@homefitappraisal.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
